1. 90-Day Returns

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.
This applies to both faulty and non-faulty products.

2. Eligible Items

Items must be returned in reasonable condition either unused or slightly used.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Wait for return instructions before sending goods back

5. Return Shipping

We will arrange return collection at no cost to you for all approved returns. Alternatively, customers may return items in person to:

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive and inspect the returned goods for processing. Melbourne Wrapping Co does not charge a restocking fee.
