Returns & Refunds policy

We want our customers to be confident ordering from Melbourne Wrapping Co. If you need to return an item, the following policy applies.

Return period

  • Returns are accepted within 90 days of the delivery date.

Condition of items

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, and in good, resaleable condition

  • We are unable to accept returns for items that have been:

    • more than 20% used.

    • Damaged after delivery

    • Tampered with

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom, special-order, or bulk-discount items (unless faulty)

  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos where possible.
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

Return process

  1. Contact us at service@wrappingco.shop before sending anything back

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed once the return is received and inspected

Business use notice

Our products are supplied for commercial and industrial use.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if items meet the condition requirements above.
